Hanoi Old Quarter

A few things we quickly learned about exploring the city!

Crossing the street is an act of bravery, the key is to stay consistent and not stop moving. You may see crosswalks but they mean nothing.

I was under the impression this time of year was slightly cooler. That is false. It may not be noticeable by the pictures, but the heat (90 degrees) and humidity here is no joke. I don’t even want to know what it’s like in the summer. We are permanently living in sweat.

My favorite find of the day was this ceramics store in a beautiful building.

Tonight we take a sleeper bus to Sa Pa for two days of trekking. It’s likely we don’t get service till we get back!
